Warwick Estate is perfectly situated for Cabernet Sauvignon. When Stan Ratcliffe and wife Norma first started making wine from the estate they realised the outstanding quality of Cabernet Sauvignon that the soil produced. The Blue Lady offers blackberries, crème de cassis with graphite and tobacco leaf on the nose. The palate has immense body with an opulent texture and a wealth of fruit.
